As both an independent copywriter and as a hired gun for TruePresence.com, a national web development firm, I've been charged with developing lots of written initiatives for a vast array of medical practices, both general and specialized. In addition to generating web content, I also authored countless pamphlets, procedural guides and product manuals. In many cases, this required a deep immersion into the science, medicine and professional application of products and procedures to translate "technical speak" into accessible language for patients and practitioners alike.
The sample documents featured here were generated to provide account executives with a comprehensive understanding of the medical practices to whom they were pitching web services. They also served as a primer for the physicians themselves as to the type of content they include on their websites.
