Hygienically Clean Laundry Certification

TRSA (Textile Rental Services Association) is the largest and oldest trade group serving the Professional Laundry Industry. Throughout 2017, I helped them create a series of Best Practices Guides and companion articles on topics of Safety, Environmental Matters, Human Relations, Disaster Planning, et al. These were generated monthly as part of their commitment to providing resources to their member constituency.
This year-long contract was a classic example of immersing myself in a professional realm about which I knew very little, yet emerging months later as somewhat of an armchair expert. At the very least, I now know how to remove an olive oil stain from a business shirt!
